This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists at our busy Mansfield site.

Our Bodyshop is fast-paced and offers lots of opportunities to make a difference and apply your expertise. As a Workshop Controller, your duties will include:

• Organising the bodyshop by controlling the status of each job, conducting daily progress meetings with team members, and reporting delays to the General Manager.
• Ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition, controlling waste and utilities, and overseeing security.
• Ensuring all job cards are correctly completed and managing shop floor procedures.
• liaising with technicians and managers regarding quality issues.

Your success depends on your ability to produce work that meets high technical and quality standards and helps us deliver excellent customer service.

About you

• You are ideally qualified to NVQ level 3/City & Guilds or ATA, with a solid Bodyshop background, and experience as a Bodyshop Controller, Workshop Manager, or Quality Controller in a Car Dealership, Body Repairer, or Crash Repair Centre.
• You come from a fast-paced environment and can work within standard job times, focusing on compliant, high-quality work.
• You hold a full UK/EU Driving Licence.
• You are hands-on, proactive, and pride yourself on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
