Are you an organised, deadline-driven professional with experience in the motor trade? Join our welcoming and well-established team at Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield as a Workshop Controller.

We are offering £35,000Basic Salary with an OTE of £40,000!

What’s the role about?

As a Workshop Controller, you'll play a key part in making sure everything runs smoothly in our busy workshop. You’ll coordinate and assign work to our team of 9 skilled Technicians, helping to manage time, resources, and deadlines effectively—especially important in a fast-paced dealership like ours.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a workshop or senior technician role (essential)
• Can stay organised under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
• Communicates clearly and confidently with team members
• Can lead by example and help keep productivity high
• Holds a full, valid UK driving licence
