Halfords is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a busy automotive centre. You will work with the Centre Manager to drive profitability, coach staff, and ensure top customer service while splitting time between the workshop and sales/customer service areas.

You should bring hands-on mechanical experience or management experience in a similar setting, with a focus on safety, diagnostics, and vehicle maintenance processes. A driving licence is required.

Formación

• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective management and leadership.
• Experience in coaching, training, and developing colleagues in the moment.
• Strong technical/mechanical knowledge with Level 2/3 qualification or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Share responsibility with the Centre Manager for driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Divide time between the workshop with technicians and daily sales/customer service duties.
• Lead and develop the team to ensure high-quality service and smooth workshop operations.
