Job summary

Halfords is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the Centre Manager, driving profitability and leading the customer journey. You will split time between the workshop with technicians and assisting with daily sales and service, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop teams to deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Experience coaching, training and developing colleagues in real-time.
• Strong technical/mechanical knowledge with workshop operations and vehicle maintenance understanding.
• Level 2/3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• Full, valid driving licence and IT aptitude to learn in-house systems.
