Lloyds Bank plc is seeking a on-site Workplace Tech Engineer to join our SecOps team supporting around 200 colleagues and contractors. You will manage IT requests, administer systems and hardware inventory, and help onboard new starters while coordinating with facilities to keep AV and networking running smoothly.

You will document processes, contribute to security and access management, and work closely with the Head of InfoSec to ensure incident response readiness.

Qualificações

• Experience providing IT support in a fast-paced organisation.
• Strong experience administering Google Workspace.
• Experience with identity and access management tools such as OneLogin.
• Experience administering Atlassian products including Confluence and Jira Software.
• Experience working with Mobile Device Management and Endpoint Detection & Response solutions.
• Strong experience supporting MacOS environments.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and office network support.
• Experience supporting AV solutions and office technology.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to create, maintain and improve internal processes and technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions with minimal guidance and take ownership of issues through to resolution.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing timely, clear and professional support.
• Good understanding of information security best practices and the current threat landscape.
• Basic knowledge of code, APIs and integrating different tools and systems.
• A proactive approach to keeping up to date with technology, security standards and industry developments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support to around 200 employees and external contractors, ensuring access to technology and workflows.
• Act as the first point of contact for IT support from first-line queries to executive-level appointments.
• Manage support requests, administer internal systems, maintain hardware inventory.
• Support onboarding of new starters and collaborate with facilities to maintain AV and networking.
• Document and improve internal technology processes to scale SecOps as the organisation grows.
