Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Workplace Tech Engineer to support around 200 employees and external contractors, ensuring access to technology, services and workflows needed to work securely and efficiently. You will handle first-line IT queries, administer internal systems and maintain hardware inventory.

You will collaborate with the SecOps team and facilities to ensure AV, networking and office tech operate smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support in a fast-paced organisation.
• Strong experience administering Google Workspace.
• Experience with identity and access management tools such as OneLogin.
• Experience administering Confluence and Jira Software.
• Experience with MDM and EDR solutions.
• Strong MacOS support experience.
• Good networking fundamentals and office network support.
• Experience supporting AV and office technology.
• Documentation skills and process improvement ability.
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Basic understanding of information security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for IT support across the organisation.
• Manage support requests and administer internal systems.
• Maintain hardware inventory and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with facilities on office tech, networking and AV systems.
• Document and improve internal technology processes for SecOps scalability.
