Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a on-site Workplace Tech Engineer in London to join the SecOps team, supporting ~200 colleagues and external contractors. You will handle first-line IT issues, manage hardware, and help onboard new starters, ensuring secure and efficient office tech use.

You’ll work closely with facilities and infoSec, maintaining networks, AV systems, and documentation to scale with the organisation’s growth. Strong MacOS and Google Workspace skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with identity and access management tools (OneLogin).
• Experience administering Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira).
• Experience with Mobile Device Management and Endpoint Detection & Response solutions.
• Strong MacOS support experience.
• Networking fundamentals and office network support.
• Experience supporting AV systems in an office environment.
• Strong documentation and process-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for IT support across the organisation.
• Provide hands-on support for around 200 employees and external contractors.
• Manage support requests and administer internal systems.
• Maintain hardware inventory and support onboarding of new starters.
• Collaborate with facilities to ensure AV and networking operate effectively.
• Document and improve internal technology processes to scale SecOps.
