Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Workplace Tech Engineer to support ~200 staff with on-site office tech and infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact for IT, handle requests, administer systems, manage hardware inventory and assist onboarding, coordinating with facilities to keep AV networks and devices running smoothly.

Experience providing IT support in a fast-paced environment.
Strong administration of Google Workspace.
knowledge of identity and access management tools.
Excellent documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support to ~200 employees and contractors.
Manage support requests and coordinate with facilities.
Administer internal systems and hardware inventory.
Support onboarding of new starters and access provisioning.
Document and improve internal technology processes.
Liaise with SecOps to scale operations as the org grows.
