Lloyds Bank plc is seeking a on-site Workplace Tech Engineer to join our SecOps team supporting around 200 colleagues and contractors. You will manage IT requests, administer systems and hardware inventory, and help onboard new starters while coordinating with facilities to keep AV and networking running smoothly.
You will document processes, contribute to security and access management, and work closely with the Head of InfoSec to ensure incident response readiness.

As a Workplace Tech Engineer, you will be part of our SecOps team, supporting around 200 employees and external contractors and helping ensure they have access to the technology, services and workflows they need to work efficiently, safely and securely.
Reporting to Head of InfoSec, you will act as the first point of contact for IT support across the organisation, providing support from first‑line queries through to executive‑level appointments.
You’ll manage support requests, administer internal systems, maintain our hardware inventory, support new starter onboarding and work closely with our facilities team to ensure office equipment, networking and AV systems are operating effectively.
You will also contribute to improving and documenting internal technology processes, helping the SecOps function scale as the organisation continues to grow.
