Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) are recruiting for a Workplace Operations Administrator to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting role where you'll be undertaking monthly checks on pension contribution schedules which are submitted by employers to ensure that they are correct and in line the employers contribution structure and meeting Pension Regulator guidelines. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys analysing data.
The interview process for this role will be a one stage Teams interview consisting of competency-based questions.
This role is based in our Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This is a permanent full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern of working in the office and at home. Ideally, we would like you to come into the office three times a week.
The salary on offer is up to £23,000 depending on experience.
