A leading retail company in Greater London is seeking a Workplace IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and evolve their core infrastructure. This role involves ensuring infrastructure stability, security, and availability across various platforms, providing technical leadership during incidents, and administering Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. As our Workplace IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will support, maintain, and evolve the core infrastructure platforms that underpin corporate and retail technology environments at Reiss. You will ensure the stability, security, and availability of infrastructure services across office-based, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure platforms, acting as a 3rd line escalation point for complex infrastructure issues. This hands‑on, delivery‑focused role provides accountability for infrastructure reliability, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with the Workplace IT Support Lead, central IT teams, and third‑party partners to deliver resilient, secure, and high‑performing infrastructure services that support Reiss’ operational and technology needs.
