We are trusted to handle complex, sensitive, and high-profile cases with integrity and professionalism. Our investigations cover grievances, disciplinary matters, whistleblowing, discrimination, bullying and harassment, and maintaining high professional standards (Doctors investigations).

I am looking to recruit a Workplace Investigation Specialist to be based at our South Manchester office (Hybrid). If you have a background in HR or employment law and want to focus solely on investigations, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct impartial, evidence-based investigations into workplace issues.
  • Interview witnesses, review documentation, and produce clear, legally robust reports.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, organisational policies, and best practice.
  • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team of investigation experts.
Qualifications
  • Background: CIPD Level 5+ or legal qualification with experience in employment law or employee relations.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong written communication.
  • Mindset: Professional, impartial, and committed to fairness and procedural integrity.
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel for interviews and hearings when required.
