Job summary

Signature is seeking a Workplace Host (Help@Hand Ambassador) in Dunfermline. You will be the visible, friendly presence on the floor, connecting people, services and spaces, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for colleagues and guests.

You will work with the Facilities Manager to keep offices running smoothly and beautifully. The role involves coordinating room setups, supporting events and VIP visits, and delivering a polished welcome with warmth, confidence and pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive floor walks, maintain presentation, safety, equipment and standards, and resolve faults.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager on priorities, safety checks and records to keep the office running smoothly.
• Connect facilities, cleaning, engineering, security, and partners to ensure seamless services.
• Set up and resets for meeting rooms and event spaces to impress guests.
• Coordinate events and VIP visits from planning through delivery and close-down.

Workplace HostLocation: Masterton Park, DunfermlineSalary: £13.45 / hourHours: 24 hours / week, Monday to Friday, with availability to cover Saturdays occassionally. As a Workplace Host (Help@Hand Ambassador), you will work closely with the Facilities Manager to help our office run seamlessly.

This is a visible, floor-based role for someone who brings positive energy, enjoys responsibility and takes pride in creating a safe, welcoming and beautifully run workplace for colleagues and guests.

You will be the trusted presence who connects people, services and spaces - keeping every detail moving and every experience unmistakably Signature.

What you'll bring to life

• Lead proactive floor walks, maintaining presentation, safety, equipment and workplace standards while identifying and following faults through to resolution
• Work closely with the Facilities Manager on priorities, health & safety and compliance checks, maintaining accurate records and helping the office to run smoothly
• Connect facilities, cleaning, engineering, security, landlord partners and other workstreams, keeping teams aligned and services flowing
• Manage meeting room, collaboration and event space set-ups and resets, ensuring every space meets the brief and is ready to impress
• Coordinate events and VIP visits from planning through to delivery and close-down, bringing together hosts, catering teams and supporting workstreams for a seamless experience
• Be a visible, approachable point of contact on the floor, helping colleagues and guests with warmth, confidence and pace
• Carry out reception duties, providing flexible support and a consistently polished welcome
• Manage workplace communications through Viva and other tools, keeping colleagues informed, connected and engaged
• Deliver clear administration and meaningful operational reporting, providing the insight needed to stay ahead

• Experience isn't essential, but a background in hospitality or customer service would be an advantage
