Job summary

Signature is seeking an experienced Guest Services Receptionist in Central London to welcome guests with warmth and efficiency. You will manage the guest journey, host VIPs, and ensure meeting spaces and reception areas are immaculate, aligning with Signature’s five-star hospitality ethos.

Based in a prestigious corporate workplace, you’ll be the face of the building, building trust with visitors and colleagues while collaborating with workplace and facilities teams to keep operations running

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service or corporate reception.
• Ability to connect with people and communicate warmly and confidently.
• Pride in presenting professional spaces and personal appearance.

• Support mail management and other administrative tasks to keep the building running smoothly.
• Spot needs before being asked and liaise with facilities teams to facilitate tasks.
