Job summary

JLL in Greater Manchester is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador for our Amazon account team. You will own the internal and external visitor experience, delivering front-of-house and event services with a focus on presentation and service excellence.

You will greet visitors, manage sign-in and deliveries, coordinate room bookings, and respond to enquiries using Outlook and SharePoint. Onsite role requiring strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, concierge, or related field with excellent people skills and ability to interact with wide range of client staff
• Previous experience in a high-profile corporate environment with outstanding customer service
• Fluency in English with strong PC literacy and ability to manage daily activities using various systems
• High attention to detail and professionalism; team ambassador
• Collaborative team player with willingness to go above and beyond for colleagues and customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of visitor experience ensuring all interactions leave customers with positive, memorable experiences through core front-of-house services
• Deliver sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found, and delivery services while receiving and directing queries
• Greet, assist, and direct candidates, new hires, visitors, and the public with onsite events awareness for personalized service
• Maintain high standards of presentation and functionality across front-of-house and meeting areas with attention to detail
• Set up meeting and event spaces and monitor room environments including furniture, signage and equipment
• Maintain Outlook, conference room finder, and SharePoint booking systems for spaces
• Respond timely to meeting and event enquiries while coordinating daily room booking display updates
