Job summary

JLL is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador for our Integrated Facility Management line on the Amazon account. The role focuses on delivering outstanding front-of-house services, welcoming visitors, managing space bookings, and supporting meetings and events with attention to detail and a customer-first approach.

Requirements include reception or concierge experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, concierge or related field.
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff.
• Fluency in English and local language.
• Facilities Management exposure would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience, ensuring a positive, memorable interaction.
• Deliver core front of house services: sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found, deliveries.
• Receive, direct and relay telephone, email and other queries via front of house.
• Greet, assist and direct candidates, visitors and the general public appropriately.
• Coordinate daily room bookings and event space setups, maintaining high presentation standards.
