Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions in Manchester is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to own front-of-house operations within a busy multi-tenanted building. You will deliver an exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors and stakeholders, and coordinate meeting room setups and events.

This maternity-cover role could convert to a full-time permanent position after approximately 9 months, with a 16-hour week schedule (Mon-Thu).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in Reception, Front of House, Concierge, Hospitality, or Facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional and confident with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace systems.
• Ability to work independently and own the workplace.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors.
• Be main point of contact for front-of-house enquiries.
• Meet and greet visitors and provide a professional first impression.
• Conduct daily workplace inspections and walkarounds.
• Ensure office areas, meeting rooms, and communal spaces remain clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Coordinate meeting room, event, and workspace setups, including furniture, signage, and equipment.
• Maintain room booking schedules and workplace event calendars.
• Liaise daily with the landlord and building management team regarding workplace matters.
• Proactively identify and resolve workplace issues.
• Support facilities and workplace services activities as required. Maintain workplace records and administrative updates using company systems.
