Job summary

JLL is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador in the Greater Manchester area to manage the internal and external visitor experience for our Amazon account dedicated team. You will deliver outstanding front-of-house and event services, maintaining presentation standards and ensuring responsive, personalized service across multiple spaces.

The role requires experience in reception or concierge, strong customer service, English fluency, and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, concierge or related field with excellent people skills.
• Previous corporate experience with outstanding customer service.
• Fluency in English with strong PC literacy and ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
• Very high attention to detail and professional demeanor as a team ambassador.
• Excellent team player with willingness to go above and beyond for colleagues and customers.
• Able to communicate confidently with customers at all levels, in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of visitor experience, ensuring interactions leave customers with positive, memorable experiences through front-of-house services.
• Deliver sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found, and delivery services while handling queries via telephone, email, and other channels.
• Greet, assist, and direct candidates, new hires, visitors, and the public with awareness of onsite events.
• Maintain top standards of presentation and functionality across front-of-house and meeting areas with attention to detail.
• Set up meeting and event spaces and monitor room environments, furniture, signage, equipment, and consumables.
• Create and maintain Outlook, conference room finder, and SharePoint booking systems for spaces.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to meeting and event enquiries and coordinate daily room booking updates.
