Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) requires a proactive Workspace Experience Ambassador to welcome visitors, support colleagues and manage workplace services in a hybrid London setting. You will engage with teams across security, facilities and hospitality to ensure seamless operations and a high standard of service.

You’ll promote workspace technology, coordinate events, and maintain room bookings while upholding Openwork principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Front of House experience in a corporate environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation with empathy.
• Able to work in busy, pressurised environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, courteous welcome to visitors and colleagues.
• Respond to enquiries in person, by phone or email in a timely manner.
• Support events and workplace activities across teams.
• Coordinate with security, facilities and hospitality teams.
• Promote the use of workspace technology and self-service reporting.
• Maintain room bookings and in-room tech and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor workspace behaviour to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Liaise with HSBC end-user colleagues and CRE teams.
