Job summary

JLL is seeking a Dynamic Workplace Experience Ambassador in London to deliver frontline facilities management, front-of-house, switchboard, and event coordination, providing exceptional service and support to colleagues and guests.

You will manage arrivals, walk floors to ensure spaces are stocked and maintained, execute services per SLAs, and collaborate with service partners to deliver a best-in-class workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility or property management, operations, and/or knowledge of commercial real estate.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, security, meeting planning, or a related client-facing field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all client colleague enquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to services within the workplace.
• Enthusiastically welcome client colleagues and guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations.
• Execute Ambassador services in a manner consistent with SLAs, standard processes, professional brand image, and compliant with applicable local laws, rules, and regulations.
• Build meaningful, lasting relationships with the client’s colleagues and guests, carrying calling and culture cards.
• Be visibly engaged and well known in the workplace; spend a minimum of two hours per day welcoming colleagues while walking floors to ensure workspaces are stocked and maintained.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft services delivery to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies, regulations, and performance metrics.
• Actively monitor and maintain the front desk, lobby, and surroundings to ensure a safe, clean, organised environment reflecting brand standards.
• Receive and respond to all requests or issues within one day of receipt; follow up with client colleagues.
• Create and own work orders for maintenance, safety, and security concerns and ensure resolution.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with client goals; help improve experience service performance.
• Support Workplace Satisfaction Survey process and respond to all surveys; implement improvements identified.
• Engage in continuous improvement using business intelligence and best practices.
• Work with account team to coordinate events and manage relationships with service partners.
• Handle conference room bookings and event logistics, including catering and AV requirements.
