CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead and evolve workplace engagement and wellbeing initiatives across client locations. You will drive adoption of workplace technology, deliver insights through reporting, and partner with HR, Facilities, IT and account leadership to align programs with client objectives.

• Ability to analyze engagement data and report on outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with HR, Facilities, IT and leadership teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and continuous improvement of workplace experience strategies.
• Design campaigns, events and activities to drive employee engagement.
• Own planning and execution of engagement events and experiential activities.
• Serve as subject matter expert for workplace experience across the account.
• Promote adoption of the My Workplace App and monitor engagement metrics.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on WEX initiatives and app performance.
• Research workplace trends and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Coordinate objectives, deliverables, timelines and resources for initiatives.
• Monitor programme progress, risks, and take corrective actions.
• Develop comms and engagement plans to raise awareness and participation.
• Support change management related to workplace technology and services.
• Create and deliver presentations and training to promote initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and account teams.
