Job summary

JLL is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador for the Integrated Facility Management team on our Amazon account dedicated team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional front-of-house services and ensuring a high standard of visitor engagement across internal and external customers.

You will greet and assist guests, manage sign-in and badges, coordinate meeting spaces, and support events with attention to detail and strong service orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, concierge or related field (front-of-house).
• Hospitality experience is desirable and helpful for guest interactions.
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
• Experience in a high profile corporate environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience to ensure a positive, memorable experience.
• Delivery of core front-of-house services such as sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found and deliveries.
• Greet, assist and direct candidates, visitors and the general public.
• Coordinate daily updates of room booking displays and ensure spaces are prepared for meetings and events.
