Job summary

Reed is seeking a Workforce Planning Executive to support deployment and engagement of Angard workers at Royal Mail sites across the country. You will manage the JoinedUp booking system, handle calls and emails, and work with site managers and candidates.

This full-time, fixed-term role (until December 2026) offers development opportunities, onsite parking, and benefits via Reed. You will rota shift patterns, maintain stakeholder relationships, and help managers use systems effectively.

Qualifications

• Have demonstrable experience in a customer service environment.
• Are a strong communicator both over the phone and in writing.
• Can work effectively as part of a team.
• Have strong computer literacy skills - particularly with MS Office.

What's a Workforce Planning Executive?

A Workforce Planning Executive is a vital role in our service delivery to a key client, the Royal Mail. You'll be managing the deployment and engagement of Angard workers at Royal Mail sites across the country, working directly with clients, site managers, and candidates.

You'll be:

• Managing our bespoke booking system, JoinedUp
• Handling incoming calls and emails from candidates and managers
• Supporting managers with utilising systems effectively
• Managing shift patterns and rotas as per site requirements
• Maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the client group

Location: Northampton

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, including early, late, and weekend shifts. This is a fixed term contract until December 2026.
