Reed Talent Solutions in Northern Ireland is recruiting a Talent Specialist to join the Angard Staffing department, supporting the Royal Mail Group’s service delivery team. The role handles high volumes of applications for Royal Mail Distribution Centres, Mail Centres and Delivery Offices across the UK.

This full-time, 37.5-hour role operates on a 5/7 rota with early, late and weekend shifts. It is a fixed-term contract until December 2026, with a focus on candidate screening and end-to-end

Reed Talent Solutions are hiring in Northern Ireland!

We’re looking to recruit a Talent Specialist to join our Angard Staffing department and support our Service Delivery Team.

The Angard Staffing Recruitment Team are the team at the very start of a candidates journey to working for The Royal Mail Group!

The team will work with a high volume of applications that have applied to work at The Royal Mail Distribution Centres, Mail Centres and Delivery Offices up and down the United Kingdom.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, including early, late, and weekend shifts.

This is a fixed term contract until December 2026.

What’s a Talent Specialist?

A Talent Specialist is a junior recruitment position, where youll be supporting with high volume recruitment campaigns and managing candidate applications through a full recruitment process from screening to offer.

You’ll be:

• Supporting with attracting candidates using different recruitment tools
• Providing an excellent standard of customer service and handling candidate queries
• Managing applications through the full recruitment process
• Collecting and checking right to work documentation on behalf of the client
• Working towards agreed targets and SLAs to meet the clients requirements

What are we looking for?

Were looking for individuals with strong customer service skills who are confident in working towards and exceeding targets.

It’s also essential that you:

• Are computer literate and confident utilising MS office systems
• Are confident communicating via telephone and email
• Are a team player who is flexible to support colleagues as required
