Job summary

CIH International Housing Group is seeking a Project Co-ordinator to provide dedicated workforce coordination for the Hinkley Point C project. The role acts as a key link between project workers, management and Ponticelli support services, coordinating onboarding, mobilisation and payroll-related tasks to ensure timely deployment and accurate records.

Key deliverables include maintaining mobilisation trackers, handling workforce enquiries, producing reports and supporting compliant HR

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce coordination, project administration, logistics coordination or operational support.
• Experience dealing with a range of stakeholders and enquiries.
• Desirable: experience in construction, engineering or industrial projects.
• Desirable: experience supporting multilingual or internationally mobile workforce.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between HPC project workers, management and support functions, coordinating timely escalation of issues.
• Coordinate mobilisation activities and maintain trackers to meet timescales.
• Collect, validate and submit timesheet information to meet payroll deadlines.
• Maintain workforce records and project administration systems with accuracy.
• Handle day-to-day workforce enquiries and escalate complex queries.
• Provide general administrative support to the HPC project team.
• Produce workforce coordination reports and status updates highlighting risks and needs.
• Support understanding of UK payroll and HR administration information for mobile workers.
