Job summary

Ground Control is seeking a Field Team Resourcing Manager to lead mobilisation, onboarding and compliance of field teams across the Infrastructure division. You’ll focus on relationship management with operatives, subcontractors and delivery partners to ensure project-ready teams across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience managing field-based workforce resourcing and contractor engagement.
• Proven ability to build relationships with subcontractors and agencies.
• Experience running workforce engagement events or recruitment campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.
• Experience onboarding, compliance and workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Lead national attraction, engagement and mobilisation for field teams.
• Develop relationships with operatives, subcontractors and labour providers to build pipelines.
• Ensure field teams are onboarded, compliant and deployable.
• Oversee right-to-work, medical, training and compliance.
• Line manage the Resourcing Coordinator.
• Manage relationships with labour suppliers, subcontractors and contractor partners.
• Own Skillko data, access and user support.
• Monitor workforce availability and training activity.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to plan workforce needs.
• Review and improve mobilisation and onboarding processes.
• Use performance data to drive improvement.
