Salary: £50,860 - £56,920 inclusive of all allowances
Contractual hours: 35 hours per week
Hours of Work/Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:15am - 5:00pm.

Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for people data, HR systems, and continuous improvement? We're looking for a Workforce Data & Systems Analyst to join our People & HR Department to provide expertise in SAP modules and ensure SAP enables the People & HR Department to deliver a world-class service.
As a Workforce Data & Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing and developing our HR Information Systems, supporting the ongoing embedding and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors.
Working across systems, you'll identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance system capabilities and maximise the benefits of our workforce technology landscape.
You'll also support the department's Access to Information (AIN) representative, helping to promote transparency and compliance with data-related policies and legislative requirements.
