City of London Corporation is seeking a Workforce Data & Systems Analyst to lead the management and development of our HR information systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, iTrent, and BI4 reporting. You will support data accuracy, governance, and system enhancements across SAP SuccessFactors and legacy platforms.
You’ll also help promote transparency and compliance with information policies, delivering user training, documentation, and guidance to maximise the value of workforce systems.

We’re looking for a Workforce Data & Systems Analyst to join our People & HR Department to provide expertise in SAP modules and ensure SAP enables the People & HR Department to deliver a world-class service.
As a Workforce Data & Systems Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing and developing our HR Information Systems, supporting the ongoing embedding and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors.
Working across systems, you'll identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance system capabilities and maximise the benefits of our workforce technology landscape.
You'll also support the department's Access to Information (AIN) representative, helping to promote transparency and compliance with data-related policies and legislative requirements.
