Morgan Hunt is recruiting a Business Systems Analyst focused on SAP SuccessFactors for a global law firm in Liverpool. The role emphasizes supporting, maintaining and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors, working with business and technical stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational needs.

The successful candidate will perform business analysis, configuration, testing and reporting, while driving system improvements and delivering robust documentation. On-site presence is required.

Business Systems Analyst -SAP SuccessFactors Location: Liverpool (Minimum 3 days per week in the office) Permanent The Opportunity Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join its IT Services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing key business systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure systems continue to meet operational requirements.

The role will involve business analysis, systems support, configuration, testing, reporting and ongoing system improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse and document business requirements.

Work with business stakeholders to identify system improvements and enhancements.

Support, maintain and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Assist with the implementation and delivery of system changes and enhancements.

Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of system data.

Support system integrations and assess the impact of upstream and downstream system changes.

Produce and maintain functional and process documentation.

Provide support and guidance to system users.

Work collaboratively with internal teams and third-party suppliers where required.

Required Experience Previous experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, HR Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst or similar.

Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

Experience supporting one or more of the followingSuccessFactors modules: Employee Central Performance & Goals Learning Management System (LMS) Succession & Development Compensation Recruiting Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

Experience supporting business applications and system enhancements.

Experience with system testing and defect resolution.

Experience producing reports and dashboards.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working with data management and system administration.

Experience with ServiceNow.

Experience with Intapp.

Desirable Experience Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration). SAP SuccessFactors certification.

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources or a related discipline.
