Job summary

HR Path Group in London is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions that are fit for purpose. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base and build relationships to understand needs.

You will also be responsible for training end-users, participating in every phase of implementation, and acting as Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Expertise in translating client requirements into Workday configuration options.
• Experience advising on solution evolutions and best practices for Workday implementations.
• Strong commitment to Workday Methodology and end-user training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose for global clients.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions and build client relationships.
