Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for our global client base. You will work closely with client business teams, implementing and configuring enterprise-scale HRIS; you will build relationships to understand needs and train end-users.

You will participate in all phases of Workday projects, taking roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester and Trainer.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions for clients.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Translate client requirements into detailed Workday configurations.
• Advise customers on solution evolutions and best practices for Workday implementations.
• Strong commitment to Workday Methodology and client needs.
• Experience across project lifecycle: workshops, design docs, UAT, and end-user training.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for global clients.
