Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver HRIS solutions for our global client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions and train end-users across multiple countries.

Working closely with client business teams, you will take on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst and Solution Architect, ensuring the Workday methodology is followed and the delivered modules meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions.
• Able to challenge processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Translate client requirements into detailed Workday configurations.
• Advise on solution evolutions and best practices.
• Follow Workday Methodology across projects.
• Experience in workshop facilitation, design docs, UAT, and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday deployments.
• Train end-users and support go-live.
• Lead functional analyses and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Travel to customer sites or attend global events as needed.
