Job summary

HR Path Group in the United Kingdom seeks a skilled Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions that fit purpose for our global client base. You will lead implementation and configuration activities, building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.

You will also be responsible for training end-users and taking on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer. Some travel to sites or events is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions for clients.
• Ability to challenge processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Translate client requirements into detailed Workday configurations.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for clients.
• Train end-users and support project phases.
• Participate in the full Workday implementation lifecycle across roles.
• Contribute to development of propositions and differentiators.
• Travel to client sites or global events as needed.
