The ideal candidate has at least two years of Workday experience, strong communication, and the ability to define system processes. Experience with Workday Compensation or Benefits and Cornerstone modules is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of HRIS Workday experience.
• Proven experience with Workday system and defining system processes.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with stakeholders across different time zones.
• Knowledge of Workday Compensation or Benefits module would be useful.
• Knowledge of Cornerstone Learning and Recruitment module would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of HR systems including Workday, Cornerstone, HR Portal, and Avature.
• Provide day-to-day support to HR by creating and maintaining hierarchies, reassigning tasks, reviewing roles, creating user accounts, and setting up delegations.
• Troubleshoot issues and test existing processes to determine root causes.
• Support HR Ops in using system-based business processes.
• Create ad hoc reports, run reports, schedule reports, and create dashboards.
• Review integration failures related to hires and job requisitions.
• Carry out data validation and data clean-up, including reporting and uploading data.
• Create and maintain information systems documentation and training materials.
• Test new features and processes and support ad hoc HR projects.
