Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of HR systems (Workday, Cornerstone, HR Portal & Avature).
• Create/maintain supervisory & cost centre hierarchies; reassign tasks; manage role assignments and user accounts.
• Troubleshoot issues and test existing processes to identify root causes.
• Create ad hoc reports, run/schedule reports and dashboards; validate data and perform data cleanup.
• Produce training materials and system documentation; support HR projects and feature testing.
