Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a Workday Solutions Analyst in London to join a hybrid, central team. The role focuses on enhancing Workday capabilities, reporting and data, while aligning HR processes with Payroll, Reward, Finance and Tech stakeholders.

You will work hands-on to improve configurations, data governance and reporting, acting as the bridge across HR activities and regulatory requirements to support the organisation’s HR digital stack.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with Workday HRIS and HR data analytics.
• Proven ability to design and configure Workday business processes, security, and calculated fields.
• Proven ability to build custom reports beyond existing ones.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent and Reporting.
• Design, configure and test Workday business processes, security groups and calculated fields.
• Build custom reports, matrices, dashboards and calculated fields.
• Support annual compensation and bonus review cycles.
• Maintain data quality, governance and GDPR compliance.
