Job summary

Harvey Nash in Cambridge is seeking a Workday Technical Consultant to implement and support Workday across the HR landscape. The role combines delivery of technical solutions with service management, incident handling, and governance to ensure secure, scalable People Systems.

You will work in a hybrid model (2 days on site weekly) to deliver changes, support releases, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for reliable HR applications.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Workday technical solutions across HR systems.
• Ability to manage incidents, changes, and service transitions with ITIL guidance.
• Collaborates with IT, infrastructure and business stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Workday technical expert for configuration, development, and solution design.
• Lead delivery of technical changes across the HR systems roadmap.
• Manage Workday releases and development cycles entering BAU.
• Oversee 2nd/3rd line support and SLA adherence.
• Drive performance, security, governance and change management aligned with standards.
• Coach and share knowledge within the HR Solutions team.
• Manage third-party suppliers to ensure project delivery and expertise.
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure and business stakeholders to deliver reliable People Systems solutions.
