Job summary

Royal Society of Chemistry is seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant to support and stabilise the Workday environment. You will work across configuration, reporting, testing and stakeholder support on live, high-impact projects.

You will engage with the Workday-Adaptive integration, recruitment optimisation and HR data stewardship, attending the office as required and coordinating with the People & Culture systems team to deliver reliable services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday configuration, reporting and testing.
• Experience with integrations/workday-adaptive preferred.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday-Adaptive integration projects and adhere to deadlines.
• Manage Jira and ServiceNow tickets for Workday configurations.
• Create and execute test scripts for Workday releases and recruitment initiatives.
• Stabilise and optimise Workday configuration and data quality.
• Provide HR data insights and share reports with stakeholders.
