Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a Workday Solutions Analyst in London to join a hybrid, central team. The role focuses on enhancing Workday capabilities, reporting and data, while aligning HR processes with Payroll, Reward, Finance and Tech stakeholders.
You will work hands-on to improve configurations, data governance and reporting, acting as the bridge across HR activities and regulatory requirements to support the organisation’s HR digital stack.
A superb, newly created opportunity is now available within a Central London based Financial Services business. They are looking for a Workday Solutions Analyst to join their growing HR Systems team.
This is a hands‑on role which will focus on looking at improving the businesses Workday offering, Reporting and Data as well as looking at HR processes and building Workday capability around these areas. You will act as a key link between HR, Payroll, Reward, Finance and Technology, ensuring systems are configured effectively, data integrity is maintained, and reporting supports both business and regulatory needs.
We are looking for an individual who has excellent Workday knowledge, good working experience of HR processes and the employee lifecycle and also has superb stakeholder management skills.
