Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday systems for a global client base and train end-users to ensure successful adoption.

You will participate in all phases of Workday implementation, taking on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer, with opportunities for international mobility and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Expertise in translating client requirements into Workday configuration options.
• Experience advising on solution evolutions and best practices for Workday.
• Strong commitment to the Workday Methodology and client needs.
• Experience across the project lifecycle: workshops, design docs, UAT, training.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.
• Train end-users and ensure successful adoption.
• Participate in all Workday implementation phases as Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer.
• Develop and optimize propositions to grow the business.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites or at global events.
