Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions for a global client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions, building strong client relationships to understand needs and drive success.

You will also train end-users and participate across multiple Workday project phases, including functional leadership, analysis, solution architecture, testing, and trainer roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Expertise translating client requirements into Workday configuration.
• Advising on solution evolutions and best practices for Workday implementations.
• Strong commitment to the Workday Methodology and fully adapted modules.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose across global clients.
• Train end-users and support onboarding during go-live.
• Participate in all phases of Workday implementation: lead, analyze, solution design, testing, and training.
• Contribute to development and differentiation of service propositions and growth initiatives.
