Overview

Workday Acquisitions Analyst – People Technology Team

Salary: £42 000 – £49 000 DOE. Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Flexible work‑patterns up to three days WFH. Locations: Manchester, London, Leeds, Bristol or Staines.

Responsibilities
  • Support the growth of Bupa Global insurance by expanding functionality in existing countries or launching new ones online.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Workday Consultants to shape the roadmap and deliver impactful changes to the business and individual countries.
  • Translate business requirements into functional solutions with the People Technology team and across the business.
  • Understand the core elements of HR, the HR process and technology’s role as an enabler for employee experiences.
  • Govern release management to ensure delivery aligns with the People Technology release framework.
  • Provide testing, regression testing support and release governance oversight.
  • Stakeholder management within and across the people function and wider business.
Qualifications
  • Good understanding of HR process and delivery.
  • Experience with HR systems in a similar sized business or trading environment.
  • Strong understanding of Workday.
  • Familiarity with UK HR legislation and the countries BGIUK operates in.
  • Interest and affinity towards technology and how it can enable process and create better employee experiences.
  • Examples of strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with evidence of implementing technical changes that yielded positive business outcomes.
