Job summary

TeacherActive is working with Worcestershire secondary schools to recruit Cover Supervisors in Worcester. The role involves supervising classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-set work, and supporting pupils' learning.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage behaviour positively and effectively.
