TeacherActive is working with welcoming secondary schools in Birmingham to recruit Cover Supervisors. You will supervise classes in teacher absences, deliver pre-set work, and support pupils’ learning while contributing to school life.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absences, deliver pre-set work, manage behaviour effectively.
