Job summary

Waythrough is recruiting a Women’s Lead Recovery Coordinator in London to support women facing homelessness, substance use and trauma. You will coordinate care plans, design recovery pathways and lead women-centred activities. The role emphasises safety, dignity and independence through collaborative work with partners.

You will manage caseloads, facilitate groups, and ensure access to housing, health and education. Salary reflects the full earning potential and progression within the band.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with complex needs, particularly women.
• Understanding trauma-informed, recovery-focused and person-centred practice.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience or confidence in facilitating groups and activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across services and with partner agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to women entering the service.
• Manage a caseload and coordinate recovery plans with partners.
• Develop and facilitate women-centred groups and activities.
• Work in a trauma-informed, strengths-based and non-judgemental way.
• Collaborate across services to improve access to housing, health, and community support.
