Waythrough is a leading mental health and social support charity operating across England. We are hiring a Recovery Worker in Whitehaven to support people facing mental health challenges, housing, and related issues.

The role emphasizes empowerment, independence, and community integration, with full training provided. You will work 30 hours per week with a permanent contract, contributing to a compassionate team and receiving a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Experience with mental health issues and/or lived experience welcomed.
