Job summary

Homeless Link is seeking a compassionate Recovery Worker in West Ealing to support adults experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges and addiction. You will deliver person-centred interventions, help residents re-integrate into the community, and work with stakeholders to achieve safer, more inclusive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults facing homelessness or related challenges.
• Ability to build rapport and tailor support plans.
• Competence in using IT tools at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and wellbeing of residents at all times.
• Develop and implement tailored support plans to empower residents.
• Plan activities to engage residents with communities and opportunities.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents and stakeholders.
• Participate in handovers to night colleagues for seamless service.
