Shift Pattern: 40 hours minimum per week, rotating between day shift and nightshift

Join Paxton Personnel, working in partnership with one of the largest Road Maintenance Services in Scotland, helping to keep our roads safe throughout the winter months – and making sure no icy roads can stop you from visiting Auntie Jean!

We are currently seeking Winter Labourers to join our dedicated team based in Ardelve, Kyle Of Lochalsh, Highland.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Winter Operative, you’ll play a vital role in keeping Scotland’s roads safe and moving.

Your duties will include:
  • Road and pavement gritting/clearing
  • Gulley clearing and cleaning
  • Supporting general road safety and maintenance operations during winter weather
