Majestic Wines Banstead is seeking a dynamic Trainee Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and day-to-day operations. You will ensure an outstanding customer experience and actively grow the team through coaching and development.

You'll work in a fast-paced retail environment, leading by example, and progressing through our in-house training programmes. A competitive salary is offered with benefits and long-term career progression.

Competenze

• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and service.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and how to drive improvements.
• Ability to prioritise and problem solve under pressure.
• Self-motivation and ability to work solo or in a team.
• WSET qualification is desirable; willing to progress to WSET 3.
