Majestic Wines Banstead is seeking a dynamic Trainee Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and daily operations. You’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimise KPI performance and maintain high standards while mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities include driving store performance, leading tastings, managing a team, and developing product knowledge and WSET qualifications. Full-time, 44 hours weekly, permanent role with competitive salary.

Competenze

• Experience in fast-paced target-driven retail or hospitality roles.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer experience and service.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and how to drive improvements.
• Ability to prioritise and solve problems under pressure.
• Self-motivated with ability to work alone or in a team.
• Positive, can-do attitude with persistence to see tasks through.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• WSET 2 desirable; willingness to progress to WSET 3 for progression.
